Refunds within 3 days of purchase. No reason needed.
The short version
If you paid for a recipe and it isn't right for you, ask within 3 days of your purchase and you get your money back in full. You don't need to give a reason.
How to ask
Write to us using the details on the contact page. Include the email address you used at checkout and the date you paid, so we can find the payment. The refund goes back to the card or wallet you paid with, through Stripe. Banks usually show it within 5 to 10 business days.
Free downloads
The free download costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund. If you chose to pay for the Starter Pack, that payment is covered by the same 3-day refund.
Please ask before disputing a charge
Asking us is faster than disputing the charge with your bank, and within the 3-day window the answer is always yes.
Who refunds you
The seller is Phase Three Industries, Inc. All prices and refunds are in US dollars (USD). Recipes are sold as is, and this refund policy is the remedy if a recipe is not what you wanted.
