Who you are buying from
Your OC Agent is run by Phase Three Industries, Inc. ("we"). These terms apply when you download or buy a recipe from this site.
What you get
A recipe is a digital product: plain text instructions in a single .txt file that your own Super Intelligence agent reads and follows. Nothing is shipped. You pay once (or nothing, for a free download) and nothing renews. See delivery and pricing for how you receive it.
Prices and payment
The Starter Pack is free, or you can make an optional contribution when that option becomes available. No contribution is required.
How you may use a recipe
You may use a recipe for yourself and your household, and copy it to your own devices and your own agent. Please don't resell it or post it publicly as your own. Share a link to this site instead.
Sold as is
Recipes are sold as is. No support, updates or particular results are promised. Super Intelligence agents differ and can make mistakes, so read a recipe before you use it and check what your agent does.
Your choices are yours
You decide what to do with a recipe and what to let your Super Intelligence agent do. Nothing here is professional advice. We are not responsible for the choices anyone makes or for what an agent does. Please read the disclaimer and the safety page.
Refunds
Paid purchases can be refunded within 3 days. See the refund policy.

Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the new version is posted on this page with a new date. The terms that apply to a purchase are the ones posted on the day you bought.
